His area of expertise encompasses initial public offerings, private equity investment, cross border acquisition/disposal of businesses, assets and shares, joint ventures and corporate restructuring. He also regularly advises clients on regulatory compliance and corporate governance matters.
Chua Kern advises SGX-ST Mainboard and Catalist-listed companies in respect of their corporate finance activities and major corporate actions, such as acquisitions and take-overs, rights issue, private equity placement exercise and debt issuance.
