ABOUT SHEHZADUL HAQ
Shehzadul Haq is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution group.
At the firm, he is developing a practice in construction and engineering disputes, and international arbitration.
Since joining the firm, Shehzadul has worked on numerous construction adjudications under Singapore’s SOP Act, involving electrical, fire protection, and plumbing, sanitary and gas works, to name a few. He is also involved in a high-value construction arbitration concerning the development of a prominent healthcare centre in Singapore.
Previously, Shehzadul was based in Qatar, where he gained experience in construction arbitrations under ICC and QICCA Rules. He also has experience of shipping and commercial arbitrations under SCMA and SIAC Rules.
